NCHMCT JEE 2019 Counselling

NCHMCT JEE 2019 Counselling commences from May 29, 2019 (tentative). NTA (National Testing Agency) conducts the counselling for all the shortlisted candidates to allot the available seats.

Candidates need to register online for NCHMCT 2019 Counselling. They have to register on the official website and search for the link Online Registration and Choice Filling

Fill all the required details such as candidate’s name, NCHMCT JEE Roll number, application number, and date of birth. Candidate needs to choose password and security question and an answer to that particular question for security purposes. APPLY NOW CHECK ELIGIBILITY GET UPDATES

NCHMCT JEE 2019 is organized for April 27, 2019 in 49 cities for admission to B.Sc. Hospitality & Hotel Administration in several national, state and private hotel management institutions across the country.

NCHMCT JEE 2019 Counselling Process

  • After registering online, candidates are supposed to fill their choice of institutes they want to apply in the order of preference and lock the final choices
  • Once candidates have locked their choices, 1st round of NCHMCT JEE Seat Allotment begins from June 13, 2019
  • When the first round of NCHMCT JEE Counselling begins, a candidate is supposed to report at the NCHMCT JEE Reporting Center, failing to which their seat is given to next candidate in the list
  • In the final step counselling of NCHMCT JEE vacant seats, because of non-reporting of a candidate, withdrawal or cancellation by any candidate, are allotted to other eligible candidate
  • Once the choice modification time window is closed second round of NCHMCT JEE 2019 Counselling begins
  • The candidate who withdrew the seat from the first round of counselling have to physically report at the NCHMCT JEE Reporting Center otherwise the candidate is not allotted any seat
  • In the end of second round of NCHMCT JEE Counselling vacant seats, because of non-reporting of a candidate, withdrawal or cancellation by any candidate, are allotted to other eligible candidate
  • Candidates now have to register online again for NCHMCT JEE Spot round of Counselling
  • Fees is paid online for spot round ofNCHMCT Counselling
  • Choices are to be filled by a candidate and locked according to his/her preference for spot round
  • Spot round of seat allotment is conducted, tentatively on
  • Candidates have to report timely at the reporting center after spot round for document verification
  • Now a candidate is supposed to report at the institute that is allotted to him/her in NCHMCT JEE 2019 Counselling
  • Process of hostel allotment begins once a candidate reports at the allotted institute
  • After hostel allotment, NCHMCT JEE 2016 Admission closes

Registration for NCHMCT JEE 2019 Counselling

All eligible candidates must register themselves online in order to be considered for NCHMCT JEE 2019 Seat Allotment in the 1st and 2nd round of NCHMCT JEE Counselling. The steps are given below:

  • Visit the website www.nchmcounselling.nic.in and click on the provided link ‘Online Registration and Choice Filling’
  • Register as a new candidate by clicking on the link “New candidate Register here”
  • Read all the instructions given on the screen and then click on ‘Register’ button
  • To register a candidate has to give details like roll number, NCHMCT JEE Application no., name and date of birth, as given in NCHMCT Result
  • Applicants are permitted to proceed with the NCHMCT JEE 2019 Registration Process, only if the data entered by him/her match the data with that of NCHMCT JEE 2019
  • Candidates are required to choose password and security question and the answer to that particular question
  • Password created by the candidate must be of minimum 8 characters and a maximum of 13 characters
  • Passwords are case sensitive which means ‘A’ and ‘a’ are treated as different characters
  • For subsequent logins, candidates can login directly with their respective NCHMCT JEE 2019 Roll Number as their Login ID and the password
  • Candidates are advised not to share their password with anyone else. Neither NCHMCT nor NIC is responsible for violation or misuse of the password of a candidate
  • It is mandatory for every applicant to provide required additional information as indicated in the NCHMCT JEE 2019 Registration Form at the time of registration as if in case, a candidate forgets his or her password, the security question and answer provided by the candidate at the time of NCHMCT JEE 2019 Online Registration are to be used to issue a new password
  • If required, an applicant can change his/her passwords after login

Candidates must verify their personal data that appears on the screen after login. A candidate is allowed only once to correct the data in respect of category, PWD, KM and Gender in the following ways:

  • Category from (SC/ST/OBC-NCL) to General allowed but vice versa is not allowed
  •  PWD can be changed from Yes to No, but vice versa is not allowed
  •  KM can be changed from Yes to No, but vice versa is not allowed
  • Change of gender is permitted
  • Changes in the field of Candidate’s name, Mother’s name, Father’s name and Date of birth are not permitted under any circumstances
  • If the personal data submitted by a candidate is found to be wrong at the time of verification of certificates, the allotment of seat or provisional admission of such candidate is liable to be cancelled
  • Once a candidate verify and submit all the changes in personal data, no further changes are then allowed under any circumstances

Online Choice Filling for 1st Round

  • During Online Choice filling for 1st round of NCHMCT JEE 2019 Counselling, registered candidates are required to select the choices of institutes in order of their preference. Choice of institutes are displayed on the computer screen according to the NCHMCT JEE 2019 Eligibility of a candidate
  • Candidates can fill any number of choices in the order of preference from the list of available institutes. Candidates can even change or re-order their filled choices, delete earlier choices and add new choices any number of times until they lock their final choices

Locking of Choices

  • Candidates have to lock their choices before 5 pm of last date only after they have finalized them
  • The NCHMCT JEE 2019 locking of choices include steps like entering the password and confirming the locking
  • Candidate are advised to take the print out of the page of choices filled by them as they need to show the signed copy at the time of reporting to the NCHMCT JEE 2019 Reporting Center
  • In case a candidate fails to lock his/her choices by 5 pm of last date than the last saved choices by the candidate gets automatically locked

NCHMCT JEE 2019 Round 2 Counselling Process

Candidate must keep in mind the following points before appearing in the 2nd round of NCHMCT JEE 2019 Counselling:

  • No fresh registrations are allowed in the 2nd round of NCHMCT 2019 counselling
  • Only the candidates who are registered in the 1st round are eligible for this round of NCHMCT JEE 2019 Counselling
  • Eligible candidates are allowed to modify their earlier submitted choices. Otherwise earlier submitted choices are considered for NCHMCT JEE 2019 Seat Allotment automatically

Eligibility for 2nd round of Counselling

Group 1 – The registered who are not allotted any seat in the first round of NCHMCT JEE 2019 Seat Allotment. The candidates are permitted to change the choices submitted earlier or the old choices filled by them are considered final.

Group 2 – The candidates who have been allotted a seat in the first round of NCHMCT 2019 Counselling but the allotted seat is cancelled because of non-fulfillment of categories criteria. Such candidates are eligible for fresh choice submission otherwise, the choices submitted during the first round of counseling are considered for NCHMCT JEE 2019 Seat Allotment

Group 3 – Candidates who have been allotted a seat in the first round of counselling and reported at the NCHMCT 2019 Reporting Center and also submitted willingness for up-gradation in affirmity. These candidates can modify the choices or the earlier submitted choices are considered for up-gradation in the second round of allotment

Group 4 – Candidates allotted a seat in the first round of NCHMCT 2019 Counselling and who reported at the NCHMCT JEE Reporting Center and also submitted willingness for up-gradation in negative, these candidates are not allowed to submit fresh choices and their earlier allotted seat is retained

Choice Filling for Group-3 candidates in 2nd Round of Counselling

  • If a Group-3 candidate did not modify choice for 2nd round in time then the earlier choices submitted by him/her in 1st round are considered for up-gradation
  • A Group-3 candidate who modified choices for round 2, within the specific period then it is mandatory for him/her to have previous allotted institute as one of the filled choices at any position in the 2nd round. Failing to which, the system do not allow to save or to lock the modified choices
  • The choices that are submitted by candidate belonging to any group are processed centrally and the NCHMCT JEE 2019 Seat Allotment result of 2nd round is made available online
  • Candidates of Group–3 gets a seat of higher preference or their previously allotted seat is retained. Such candidates do not have to report for admission at NCHMCT JEE Reporting Center
