National Testing Agency, the new regulating body for CMAT 2020 will release the exam schedule at ntacmat.nic.in. No changes in the registration procedure, eligibility, or paper pattern is expected in CMAT 2020 exam.
- CMAT 2020 is likely to be conducted on January 27 in two shifts i.e. morning and evening.

- CMAT facilitates institutions to select suitable graduate candidates for admission in all management programs.
- There will be no increase in the exam fees is expected this year.
CMAT Registration 2020
- CMAT Registration will start tentatively from November 12, 2019.
- Graduates in any discipline can apply for the exam online at ntacmat.nic.in.
- Management aspirants can register via online mode only.
- There are four significant steps to register for the exam viz.
- Step 1: Register for online application and note down the system generated application number.
- Step 2: Complete CMAT Application Form.
- Step 3: Scan and Upload Photo and Signature.
- Step 4: Pay Exam Fee by SBI MOPS (Net Banking/ Debit/ Credit Card/ E-Challan)

CMAT 2020 Admit Card and Exam Schedule

CMAT 2020 Result
- CMAT Result will be released online on February 5 (tentative) at its official website.
- The results will be released in the form of scores.
- Scorecard will contain details about the sectional score, total score and percentile.
- The score is valid for one year only.
- Candidates are required to download CMAT 2020 Score Card when they appear for the counselling procedure.

CMAT 2020 Selection Procedure
- After the declaration of CMAT result and the release of the merit list, candidates who qualify will be called for further rounds.
- CMAT Selection Procedure is based on the marks scored in the exam, Group Discussion and Personal Interview or Written Ability Test depending upon the institute’s criteria for selection.
Group Discussion, the candidates, are segregated into groups of 10 or so and they will be given any important topic to discuss for 5 to 10 minutes. There are various criteria based on which the candidates will receive points such as –
- Initiation Skill
- Negotiation Skills
- Managerial Skills
- Encouragement Skills
- Closure Skills
Personal Interview is usually the final round of selection. Candidates usually have to appear before a panel of experts/faculty members who try to assess the candidate based on their academic background, hobbies, interests, work experience, etc.
